Opening

  1. Open with their name (be smiling, good tonality)
  2. "John?"
  3. They respond: "Okay, who is this?"

Permission-Based Transition

"Hey, just heads up - this is a cold call, but do you want to give me 30 seconds and I can explain how this is relevant for you?"

If They Say Yes

  • Go into your pitch
  • Add: "Feel free to interrupt me at any time if this isn't relevant."
  • This disarms them and builds trust

Pitch Structure

  • Keep it super dialed in
  • Focus on one clear value proposition
  • Connect to their specific pain point

Call Goal

The entire call should just be to set an appointment. That's it.

After Booking

  • Send email and SMS reminders
  • Follow up to confirm

Expected Metrics

  • Booking rate: 10-20% on pickups/dials
  • Many will be busy
  • Requires 200+ dials per day for months

Key Mindset

If you have a low yes rate after the pitch:
