Find Opportunity → Check Pipeline Stage → If "Engaged" Stage:
→ Intent Splitter:
- Interested → Continue conversation
- Curious → Continue conversation
- Not Interested → Propose specific time
- Booking Intent Clear → Capture flow
Capture Flow (When Booking Intent Detected)
- Capture first name
- Capture email
- Enter booking appointment loop
- Book on GHL calendar (not Jobber - stay GHL-native)
Bot Goals Configuration
Configure in GHL Conversation AI builder:
- Goal: Book free estimate appointment
- Collect: Name, email, preferred time
- Calendar: Link to internal estimate calendar
- Fallback: Hand off to human after 2 failed attempts
Calendar Configuration for Estimates
- Type: Backend/API only (not client-facing widget)
- Use case: Aiden (client) clicks into contact, picks time slot
- Integration: GHL calendar preferred over Jobber for conversation AI compatibility
Workflow Trigger
Trigger: Inbound SMS when contact is in "Engaged" opportunity stage
Action: Conversation AI takes over
Limit: 2 retry attempts before escalation
Testing Issues Found
- Agent may not recognize available time slots correctly
- Need to verify calendar availability API is properly connected
- Copy/tone may need adjustment (sounded too robotic in testing)
