The System Overview
Use Claude Code/Codex to autonomously manage Instantly cold email campaigns for multiple clients.
Pipeline Components
1. Lead Scraping
- Scrape leads based on client's service area
- Store in Supabase database
- Tag leads with client identifier
2. Email Verification
- Verify emails through Reacher API
- Only push verified emails
- Track verification status in database
- Re-verify if needed
3. Campaign Push
- Push verified leads to Instantly via Bulk API
- Never push invalid or risky emails
- Activate campaigns when ready
4. Monitoring
- Check campaign status daily
- Track when sequences complete
- Identify when leads are exhausted
- Refresh with new scraped leads
Claude Agent Tasks
- Check status of client campaigns
- Identify which need more leads
- Run scraper for exhausted service areas
- Verify new leads
- Push to Instantly
- Document in memory what was done
Key Guardrails
- Only one push script (avoid duplicates)
- Verify BEFORE push, never after
- Track all leads in Supabase schema
- Don't auto-activate campaigns without verification
