business.facebook.com - Navigate to Settings (bottom left)
- Go to People
- Remove any previous agencies/people who had access
- Click person → "Remove from business portfolio"
- May need to verify identity (Facebook notification)
- Click Invite People (blue button)
- Enter your email (e.g.,
jason@ironautomations.com) - Set access level: Full Control
- Click Advanced Options → Finance → Manage (so you can see ad spend)
- Assign Assets:

- Accept and verify you have access to: Pages, Ad Account, Events Manager
Step 3: Set Up Meta Pixel

- This enables tracking: where leads drop off, conversion optimization, campaign analytics
Step 4: Conversion API Setup
- Configure server-side event tracking from GHL funnel to Meta
- Sends lead actions back to Facebook for better ad optimization
- Use N8N workflow to bridge GHL events → Meta Conversion API
Step 5: Funnel Preparation
- Quiz-style funnel to qualify leads (adds friction = higher quality)
