Warm Call Script: Website Preview Offer
Context
Used when calling leads who responded positively to cold SMS: "We built a website preview for your business. Want to see it?"
Opening
"Hey, this is Scott. You just texted me about the website preview we made for your business. Got a quick sec?"
Transition to Booking
"Awesome. The way it works — I hop on a quick 15-minute screen share, walk you through the whole thing live. It's way easier than me trying to explain it over the phone. Let me grab the next couple slots real quick."
Time Offer (Binary Close)
"Cool — I have tomorrow at 10 or Thursday at 2. Which one works better for you?"
If They Want to See It Now
"Yeah! So I actually screen share the whole thing live so I can walk you through every section and tweak stuff with you. It only takes about 15 minutes. Let me grab my next open slot."
Key: Emphasize the live tweak aspect — personalization is the hook.
Lock In + Collect Info
"Perfect. Locking that in now real quick so I can send over the calendar invite. What's a good email for you?" (After email) "Cool. And sorry, I didn't catch your name." "Awesome. Thanks, {name}. You're all locked in. You'll get the calendar invite to your email and a text reminder before the call. Looking forward to it."
Price Objection Handler
Don't say: "I'll walk you through exactly how it works on the call."
Better: "It depends on what you need — that's exactly what the 15-minute walkthrough covers. Once you see what's included, the pricing will make a lot more sense. Are you free later today?"
Rationale: Give a real reason why you can't quote over the phone (customization varies), not a deflection.
