No-Show Re-Engagement with Demo Sites

Strategy

When a prospect no-shows their booked appointment, send them the demo website that was generated for their business. This proves you weren't full of shit and re-engages interest.

Manual Process (Current)

  1. Prospect no-shows → enters no-show workflow
  2. Sales rep manually checks if a demo site was generated for that business
  3. Verify site quality first — don't send if it's not presentable
  4. Send via SMS/email: "Hey, I built this for your business. To get it fully dialed in with your revisions, let's rebook a quick call."
  5. Be natural — mention it's a working product, revisions happen on the call

Automated Process (Future)

  1. Create custom fields in GHL:
    • demo_website_url
    • demo_funnel_url
  2. When Iron Funnels generates a site for a prospect, populate these custom fields on the GHL contact
  3. No-show workflow pulls the URLs from custom fields
  4. SMS/email template includes: {{contact.demo_website_url}}
  5. Workflow checks if URL exists before sending

Challenge

Iron Funnels doesn't currently have GHL contact context (it's external). Need to:

  • Generate the site for a specific GHL contact
  • Pass the finished links back to GHL custom fields
  • Bridge the two systems

Demo Hub

Create demo.ironautomations.com as a directory of all generated demos:

  • Listed by prospect name
  • Shows demo website and funnel links
  • Include metadata (generation date, status)
  • Helps with organization and QA before sending
