No-Show Re-Engagement with Demo Sites
Strategy
When a prospect no-shows their booked appointment, send them the demo website that was generated for their business. This proves you weren't full of shit and re-engages interest.
Manual Process (Current)
- Prospect no-shows → enters no-show workflow
- Sales rep manually checks if a demo site was generated for that business
- Verify site quality first — don't send if it's not presentable
- Send via SMS/email: "Hey, I built this for your business. To get it fully dialed in with your revisions, let's rebook a quick call."
- Be natural — mention it's a working product, revisions happen on the call
Automated Process (Future)
- Create custom fields in GHL:
demo_website_urldemo_funnel_url
- When Iron Funnels generates a site for a prospect, populate these custom fields on the GHL contact
- No-show workflow pulls the URLs from custom fields
- SMS/email template includes:
{{contact.demo_website_url}} - Workflow checks if URL exists before sending
Challenge
Iron Funnels doesn't currently have GHL contact context (it's external). Need to:
- Generate the site for a specific GHL contact
- Pass the finished links back to GHL custom fields
- Bridge the two systems
Demo Hub
Create demo.ironautomations.com as a directory of all generated demos:
- Listed by prospect name
- Shows demo website and funnel links
- Include metadata (generation date, status)
- Helps with organization and QA before sending
